Hard Reset ALCATEL One Touch Idol 3 60145Y

First method:

1. In order to turn off the device hold down the Power key for a short while.
2. Afterwards press and hold the  Volume Up + Power simultaneously for a couple of seconds.
3. You should see the Recovery Mode menu on the screen.
4. In the next step choose "wipe data/factory reset" use the Volume Down to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
5. Then select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
6. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
7. Success! Your phone should begin the hard reset operation.

Second method:

1. First of all, make sure that your device is on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
